Coffee, Tea Which One for Me?
Updated: Aug 14, 2020

The answer is a resounding TEA! Good morning, dear bloggers, and Happy National Tea Month! Yes, January is officially deemed National Tea Month, I am happy to say. Being a long time hardcore tea drinker, I hold the leafy essence in extremely high regard. Loose leaf teas or tea bags, I'm good with it either way. Earl Grey is my signature favorite black tea but I adore all kinds of tea especially Herbal blends; Pomegranate, Watermelon, Citrus, Hibiscus and Rose Hips, to name a few. I mostly drink decaffeinated teas when I'm not drinking the herbals.
Drinking tea can be an experience transcending the mere ingesting of liquid refreshment. It's relaxing, soothing and tasty. For me, snuggling up with a good book is almost always accompanied by a delicious cup of tea. I drink tea like most people drink coffee...everyday and usually multiple times a day. Hot in winter, iced in summer, some form of tea is, without question, my beverage of choice. Coffee is definitely not my thing. I'm not much of soda drinker either, juice is fine but it doesn't satisfy like tea. So for all you hardcore coffee, cappuccino and latte drinkers out there, step back from the Starbucks counter and check out some tea choices. You'll be able to get your caffeine kick in tea and you might be pleasantly and tastefully surprised.
